Housekeeping Attendant
Hilton – DoubleTree by Hilton Fujairah City Fujairah , UAE

Hilton is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to support its Housekeeping and Laundry teams in Fujairah. The role focuses on ensuring high standards of cleanliness, guest service, and departmental efficiency. The Housekeeping Attendant will assist in day-to-day operations, manage guest requests, supervise team activities, and maintain overall departmental organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistently high operating standards across Housekeeping and Laundry.

  • Monitor performance and appearance of team members, emphasizing training and teamwork.

  • Provide excellent guest service and promptly respond to requests.

  • Manage room availability and assist with floor housekeeping supervision.

  • Control departmental resources such as uniforms, linen, and master keys.

  • Oversee laundry operations including guest clothing release, monthly expense closing, and uniform cleaning/repair.

  • Coordinate department documents, personnel, and lost & found items.

  • Replace Laundry Attendant during absences or holidays.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Previous experience in Housekeeping or Laundry.

  • Good planning, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate computer skills.

  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

  • Attention to detail and positive attitude.
