ENGIE Solutions Middle East is hiring a Helpdesk Operator to join its dynamic team in Dubai. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as you’ll be handling customer inquiries, logging service requests, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming and make outbound calls

Log customer details and service requests into the ticketing system

Provide accurate information and resolve complaints within SLA timelines
-
Assign tasks to service providers and notify relevant parties
-
Escalate unresolved issues as per escalation matrix
-
Monitor job progress and ensure ticket closure with adequate documentation
-
Perform additional customer-facing and administrative tasks as assigned

Support in data management and reporting
Required Skills:
-
Strong English communication skills (Bilingual is a plus)

Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Tech-savvy and people-oriented
Qualifications & Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)

0 to 3 years of relevant experience
-
Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is advantageous

Willingness to work in rotational shifts
