Role Overview:
As a Guest Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and private residences. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication will play a key role in ensuring a world-class guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and/or private residences, including vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and sanitizing surfaces, mirrors, furniture, floors, and bathroom fixtures.

• Restock supplies, amenities, and linens according to established standards.

• Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisors promptly.

• Ensure all housekeeping tasks align with Four Seasons’ luxury service standards.

• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless guest service.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in a 5-star luxury hotel.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Excellent precision, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
