Legend Digital is hiring a Group Compliance Manager with extensive experience in cryptocurrency compliance and the financial services industry. This senior role will oversee compliance operations across digital assets, crypto exchanges, custody services, and white-label platforms. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the organization’s compliance program, policies, and procedures

• Oversee transaction monitoring, investigations, and KYC/AML compliance reviews

• Update compliance systems and processes based on regulatory and business changes

• Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks

• Design internal controls to align with global regulatory standards

• Conduct company-wide compliance training and awareness sessions

• Stay abreast of evolving regulatory and legislative developments

• Report significant compliance breaches and initiate corrective measures

• Support global licensing and compliance requirements

• Advise business units to align operations with regulatory requirements

• Handle additional tasks as directed by the Head of Compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services compliance

  • At least 2 years in a crypto exchange compliance role

  • At least 2 years in a regulated financial institution

• Bachelor’s degree in financial services or related field

• Certifications in Compliance and AML (preferred)

• Bilingual: Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• High attention to detail and follow-through

• Willingness to work onsite in Dubai
