U+A, part of Egis Group, is seeking a motivated Graduate Architect (UAE National) to join their Dubai office. The Graduate Architect will play an essential role in BIM implementation and management throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include actively contributing to the BIM Committee by developing BIM content, upgrading BIM standards, and improving project templates. The role requires producing periodic BIM reports, implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and ensuring compliance with project information models (PIM). The candidate will engage in BIM processes during design phases, manage Common Data Environment (CDE) tasks, conduct model health checks, and handle design issues to ensure quality and accuracy.

Additional duties include reviewing stage submissions, performing QA/QC audits, ensuring models meet Levels of Development (LOD) and classification standards, and preparing design deliverables for authority submissions. The position requires close adherence to industry standards, local and international codes, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Professional degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s) from an accredited program.

• Expert proficiency in BIM software (Revit) with at least 2 years of hands-on experience, including Navisworks.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Dynamo, SketchUp, Photoshop is an advantage.

• Solid understanding of local authority regulations and international architectural codes.

• Strong grasp of architectural design principles and construction processes.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within diverse teams.
