Glovo is seeking ambitious, high-performing individuals to join its General Manager Pathway Program, a fast-track leadership initiative designed to prepare future Country General Managers. Participants will take full ownership of business challenges, lead cross-functional teams, and rotate across markets and functions to accelerate growth and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Ownership: Take full P&L responsibility in key markets or business units.

• Strategy & Execution: Define and execute growth strategies, improve operational efficiency, and respond to competitive challenges.

• Team Leadership: Hire, coach, and lead high-performing teams across Commercial, Operations, Strategy, and Finance functions.

• Cross-functional Growth: Rotate through leadership roles (Head of Operations, Head of Commercial, etc.) and relocate to new markets to gain broad exposure.

• Decision-making: Solve complex business problems under pressure and make strategic, well-informed decisions.

Requirements

• Background in high-performance environments such as:

  • Top-tier consulting

  • Investment banking or private equity

  • Tech startups / high-growth businesses

  • Entrepreneurial ventures

• Strong initiative and ownership mindset.

• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, and diverse environments.
