Entrepreneurs.com is seeking a talented Ghostwriter for LinkedIn to manage and elevate the editorial strategy and communication of Alec Henry and other key spokespeople. This role goes beyond writing—it involves strategic thinking, concept creation, and building strong personal branding for high-level leaders in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:

For Alec Henry:

  • Develop and manage the LinkedIn communication strategy in collaboration with the communication team.

  • Write and schedule 7 posts per week with consistency in tone, rhythm, and depth.

  • Incorporate company news, video content, interviews, and events into LinkedIn strategy.

  • Propose creative, impactful angles that boost engagement, authority, and reach.

For Entrepreneurs.com Spokespeople:

  • Handle LinkedIn communication for four spokespersons: Sales Director, Performance Director, Communication Manager, and Marketing Manager.

  • Define a tailored editorial angle for each spokesperson while respecting their role and expertise.

  • Write and publish 3 posts per week per spokesperson with consistency and coherence.

  • Collaborate closely with spokespersons to refine ideas and highlight their expertise.


Requirements:

  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt different voices.

  • Strong grasp of the LinkedIn ecosystem (algorithms, trends, formats).

  • Background in business, marketing, consulting, or scale-ups.

  • Ability to write quickly, clearly, and with depth.

  • Strategic and creative mindset, with comfort in pitching and executing ideas.

  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills with openness to feedback.

  • Fluency in French (mandatory, as role focuses on francophone market).
