About the Role:
Iris Blueprint is expanding its team of Freelance Business Development & Recruitment Managers. This fully remote, part-time opportunity is tailored for professionals with experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or business development. No prior recruitment experience is necessary—comprehensive training and tools are provided. This is a commission-based role, offering significant income potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities with companies across the GCC region

  • Manage and nurture client relationships from initial outreach through to project delivery

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team on candidate sourcing and shortlisting (training provided)

  • Maintain a flexible schedule, ideally committing 3–4 weekday hours (mornings preferred)
