Leica Biosystems, a global leader in cancer diagnostics, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager META (Middle East, Turkey, and Africa) to join its team on-site in Dubai or Riyadh. As the Finance Manager META, you will serve as the primary finance business partner for the region, providing strategic financial leadership and operational insight. You will collaborate closely with regional leadership, commercial sales, and operations to drive revenue growth, ensure financial compliance, and support operational excellence. This role reports directly to the Finance Director EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Partnering:

• Partner with regional leaders to support financial and operational targets

• Provide strategic financial insights and data-driven recommendations

• Influence business decisions through financial expertise

Financial Planning & Reporting:

• Lead monthly P&L and working capital forecasting

• Analyze financial variances and trends for proactive decision-making

• Drive profitability through revenue optimization and cost control

Operational Finance & Compliance:

• Enforce strong internal controls and accurate financial reporting

• Conduct regular and ad-hoc financial analysis, including sales, OPEX, inventory, and margin assessments

• Ensure adherence to company financial policies and address compliance risks

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• Professional certification preferred (CPA, ACA, or equivalent)

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in auditing, financial controllership, or business finance

• Background in international, matrixed organizations (ideally US or European MNCs)

• Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and cost control

• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel

• Fluency in English and Arabic is required
