Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and fluent Female Telecaller Executive with 2-3 years of experience and a clear American or European English accent. Arabic-speaking candidates will have an added advantage. The role involves contacting existing and potential clients to generate sales and support the organization’s business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls and handle inbound customer inquiries to acquire new customers

• Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and meet targets

• Collect and verify customer information necessary for the sales process

• Follow a telecalling script to deliver an effective and persuasive pitch

• Clearly explain product and service features, benefits, and promotions to prospects

• Connect with potential customers via phone, email, or other communication channels

• Maintain professionalism and rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Fluent English speaker with American or European accent (Arabic language skills are a plus)

• Strong communication skills with clarity and confidence

• Ability to build rapport and handle customer objections skillfully

• Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills

• Good knowledge of products and services

• Patience, flexibility, and resilience to handle challenging conversations

• Experience in telecalling or customer sales support for 2-3 years
