Job Summary

Join Aloft Al Mina, Dubai as a F&B Service Expert for the Mix All Day Dining restaurant and play a key role in creating a memorable guest dining experience. This position goes beyond serving meals—it’s about delivering warm, professional service that transforms dining into a personalized, enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up tables, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a smooth dining setup

• Interact with guests, provide recommendations, and take orders professionally

• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service staff to fulfill guest requests

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining and service areas

• Handle transactions and ensure smooth, accurate billing processes

• Uphold Marriott’s standards for personal appearance, hygiene, and safety

• Lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds (50 pounds with assistance)

• Perform bending, reaching, stooping, and other physical activities as required

• Respond to guest needs promptly and ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Experience: Less than 1 year in a related food and beverage role (preferred)

• Language: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus

• Other: No supervisory experience required; on-the-job training provided
