Role Overview:
As a Fashion Consultant, you will be at the heart of delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales growth in luxury fashion, with a focus on kids’ brands. You will engage with customers both in-store and through omni-channel initiatives, ensuring the highest level of client service and business insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

• Drive client relationships and promote loyalty programs (MUSE) with an omni-channel approach.

• Collect and analyze customer data, product feedback, and sales trends to support business reviews.

• Ensure visual merchandising standards and operational procedures are met.

• Manage click-and-collect services within defined SLAs.

• Support in-store marketing campaigns, events, and customer experience initiatives.

• Stay informed of brand social media activities and promotions.

• Contribute feedback on store performance and customer insights.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.

• Prior experience in customer service and clienteling, preferably within luxury retail.

• Passion for kids’ fashion brands is highly desirable.

• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
