Job Summary:

Parker Hannifin is looking for a skilled Export Compliance Specialist to oversee and manage our trade compliance program for operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The role requires strategic oversight to minimize compliance risks while enhancing cost efficiency and operational excellence. You will report to the EMEA Foreign Trade Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the subject matter expert for import/export regulations, Export Control, Free Trade Agreements, and bonded warehouse procedures (if applicable)

• Develop and manage a comprehensive trade compliance program for KSA, including procedures and internal training

• Conduct risk assessments, manage audits, and implement corrective actions to resolve compliance issues

• Oversee all import transaction processes, including broker coordination, documentation, and data quality

• Lead internal audits on import compliance and monitor Free Trade Agreement utilization

• Ensure proper classification of goods using HTS codes and accurate determination of Country of Origin

• Support cargo security programs and AEO licensing efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in trade compliance, with a strong focus on import regulations

• Strong knowledge of international trade laws, FTA regulations, and import/export documentation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization

• Fluent in Arabic and English

• Saudi National (as per local labor law requirements)
