Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Export Compliance Specialist to manage and lead our trade compliance operations for the KSA region, based in Dubai, UAE. This role plays a critical part in minimizing compliance risks and optimizing operational efficiency. The selected candidate will report directly to the EMEA Foreign Trade Manager and collaborate closely with our international supply chain team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in import/export regulations, Export Control, and Free Trade Agreements (FTA)

• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust trade compliance program for KSA operations, including internal procedures and employee training

• Conduct risk assessments and audits, manage compliance gaps, and support corrective action implementation

• Oversee all aspects of import transaction management, including broker communication, data quality, and documentation archiving

• Administer internal compliance audits and track FTA duty benefits/refunds

• Ensure accurate classification using HTS codes and proper Country of Origin assignments

• Support cargo security measures and Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) licensing initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in trade compliance (especially import compliance)

• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation

• Ability to function effectively in a matrixed organization

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning in a dynamic, global environment

• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

• Saudi National (to meet local labor law compliance)
