Job Title: Experienced Food Sales Representative

Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Representative with a proven track record in the UAE food distribution industry. The ideal candidate must have 3 years of experience selling food products to wholesalers in Abu Dhabi and be well-versed in sales strategies, customer engagement, and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of the company’s food products to wholesalers within Abu Dhabi.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups.

• Negotiate pricing and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Analyze customer needs and offer tailored product solutions.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.

• Understand and stay updated on the company’s product offerings.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer support.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in food sales within the UAE, specifically targeting wholesalers.

• Valid UAE driver’s license.

• Proficiency in basic computer programs (Excel, Word).

• Strong understanding of marketing and distribution principles.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and listening skills.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

• Salary: 2,500 AED + commission on sales

• Location: Abu Dhabi
