Al Ghurair is seeking a motivated Executive – Business Support (Government Relations) to join its property management team as part of the Emirati Talent search. This role requires building strong relationships with government entities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the organization with official documentation and processes. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for contributing to a legacy of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with government officials, departments, and agencies.

• Prepare, submit, and manage government-related documents including trade licenses, permits, and approvals.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with local and national regulations.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of government transactions and correspondence.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in business support or government relations.

• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

• Knowledge of UAE government procedures and compliance requirements preferred.

• Proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
