Job Summary:
As an Events Executive, you will play a vital role in managing event operations and sales in alignment with Shangri-La’s high standards. You will handle inquiries, convert leads into confirmed events, and ensure exceptional client service while contributing to the catering sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Adhere fully to Delphi operation standards and maintain up-to-date event profiles, revenue figures, and sales activity data in the system.

Manage and consolidate all incoming post-event/social assessments.

Respond promptly to event-related inquiries following Delphi.FDC protocols.

Implement catering sales action plans in line with the Marketing Plan.

Convert leads distributed by the Director of Events Management (DOEM) or Senior Events Manager into confirmed business.

Understand and promote the value of “Signature Events.”

Independently handle guest requests and proactively address their needs.

Monitor account revenue and production within your designated area.

Take ownership of achieving personal catering sales goals set by the DOEM.
Qualifications & Skills:

Experience working in a 5-star hotel environment.

Fluent written and spoken English.

Basic selling skills knowledge.

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong interpersonal skills.
