G4S, a global leader in security and integrated services, is seeking an experienced ELV Project Coordinator to join its team in Dubai, UAE. This full-time, on-site role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) projects within budget and timeline, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination and systems integration involving ELV solutions such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems, and more.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver ELV projects on time and within budget while meeting customer expectations.

Support Project Managers in tracking project progress, status reporting, cash flow, and scheduling.

Maximize efficiency in labor, materials, and subcontractor usage to enhance project value.

Ensure quality and safety standards are embedded from planning through execution.

Maintain effective communication with clients and project teams.

Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain project documentation.

Define and monitor project acceptance criteria in line with stakeholder agreements.

Develop and implement communication plans for all project stakeholders.

Confirm that project installations align with the approved requirements.

Support timely invoicing and financial tracking of project deliverables.

Attend client meetings and document project requirements and updates accurately.

Ensure project-related systems and documentation reflect accurate and updated information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of project coordination/management experience in ELV or systems integration.

Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Intercom, Intrusion Detection, Gate Barriers, and Networking.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

Solid understanding of Project Management principles and stakeholder coordination.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Adaptable and flexible to evolving business needs.
