Role Overview:
Chalhoub Group is hiring a Fashion Consultant for its luxury concept store Tryano at Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, achieving sales targets, and supporting in-store customer engagement initiatives, CRM, and marketing activations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering top-tier customer service.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships using an omnichannel approach.

• Provide feedback for product selection and pre-buying reviews.

• Support marketing events, in-store activations, and click-and-collect services.

• Ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising and SOPs.

• Promote and manage customer data for loyalty programs like MUSE.

• Stay updated on brand campaigns and social media activities.

• Participate in store-level customer experience (CX) improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong English communication skills

• UAE National (Emiratisation role)

• Retail or fashion sales experience is preferred

• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
