SEVEN is seeking a dedicated Clinic Housekeeping Attendant to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within a healthcare environment, strictly aligned with Dubai Healthcare Authority (DHA) regulations. This full-time, on-site position plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and sanitary space for patients, staff, and visitors. The successful candidate will handle cleaning operations, infection control, waste management, and compliance with health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

🧹 Cleaning & Sanitation

• Disinfect all clinic areas including consultation rooms, waiting areas, and restrooms

• Follow DHA infection control protocols to prevent cross-contamination

• Sterilize high-touch surfaces and medical furniture

• Clean air filters and monitor ventilation systems

• Replenish cleaning supplies and sanitizers

🗑 Waste Management & Compliance

• Segregate and dispose of medical and general waste per DHA standards

• Coordinate with vendors for safe waste disposal

• Maintain logs for audits and inspections

🧺 Laundry & Linen Management

• Oversee washing and storage of towels, gowns, and linens

• Ensure linen hygiene via high-temp cleaning

• Maintain linen inventory and request replacements

🦠 Infection Control & DHA Compliance

• Use approved disinfectants and wear PPE as required

• Report hygiene or safety issues to the Clinic Manager

• Attend regular infection control training sessions

⚠️ Safety & Facility Maintenance

• Inspect for hygiene risks and report facility issues

• Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition

• Assist in emergency spill or contamination clean-ups

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare or clinical housekeeping – preferred

• Familiarity with DHA regulations and infection control protocols

• Knowledge of safe waste handling procedures

• Ability to use PPE and follow sterilization guidelines

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and physically fit

• Good communication skills and team spirit
