• Ensure website security and data protection compliance.

• Collaborate with sales/marketing on promotions, digital strategies, and KPI setting.

• Oversee SEO, re-targeting, and content optimization.

• Improve site UX/UI and manage digital marketing campaigns and merchandising.

• Liaise with IT and external vendors for platform development and performance.

• Handle e-commerce order processing, inventory updates, and customer queries.

• Analyze website analytics and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate product catalog with high-quality visuals and descriptions.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, or IT-related fields.

• 5–7 years of e-commerce and CRM experience.

• Proficient in Shopify, Magento, data analysis, SEO, and web design.

• Skilled in using analytics tools and managing online marketing campaigns.

• Strong understanding of customer journey optimization and inventory coordination.
