Responsibilities:

Manage, organize, and maintain all project documents accurately and efficiently.

Record, index, archive, and distribute project documents in compliance with company and project standards.

Implement document control procedures to meet project requirements.

Serve as the primary contact for document-related enquiries.

Coordinate document flow between project teams, contractors, clients, and stakeholders using electronic document management systems (EDMS), including ACONEX.

Establish and maintain document numbering systems and filing structures for easy retrieval.

Conduct regular audits to ensure document accuracy and compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

Track revisions and ensure availability of the latest document versions to all relevant parties.

Monitor submissions, approvals, and rejections to maintain timely delivery schedules.

Assist staff in document location and file system management.

Prepare regular reports on document status, pending approvals, and distribution.

Ensure all project documentation is finalized, completed, and archived upon project completion.

Support preparation of final project reports and document handover.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the ACONEX System.
