Dubai Careers is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to lead training and continuous learning programs, coordinate with training providers, and support succession and individual development planning. This role is part of the Dubai Electronic Security Center (DESC), focused on building employee skills and organizational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare training plans and implement talent development programs in coordination with departments.

• Coordinate with internal and external training providers to ensure effective program delivery.

• Monitor e-learning systems and training program effectiveness.

• Contribute to succession planning and prepare individual development plans for employees.

• Identify and analyze skill gaps to enhance individual and organizational performance.

• Analyze talent data and prepare periodic reports for management with insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in talent development or HR management.

• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and competency development best practices.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact across multiple administrative levels.
