Nestlé Nespresso SA is hiring Customer Service Specialists (Coffee Specialists) on a 1-year temporary contract to join their Customer Relationship Center (CRC) in Dubai. As the voice of Nespresso, you will support customers across various channels, delivering premium service and building strong brand loyalty.
Responsibilities:

Address customer requests via various communication channels

Provide expert, brand-aligned solutions with a customer-first mindset

Engage in spontaneous, storytelling-based conversations with clients

Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction

Promote brand awareness and identify sales opportunities

Share customer insights and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Stay updated on Nespresso products, processes, and news

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge sharing
Skills and Qualifications:
-
Experience in customer service and/or sales environments
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, digital-driven workspace

Fluency in English and Arabic
-
Strong understanding of customer centricity
-
Knowledge of coffee or passion for the Nespresso brand is a plus

Experience working in international teams preferred
Job Type: Temporary (1-year contract)
Work Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site or Hybrid as per internal structure)
