You+Baby Studio is a fast-growing creative photography studio in Dubai, known for delivering unforgettable experiences to families and clients. We’re currently hiring a Customer Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role to help us maintain smooth daily operations and ensure every client feels welcomed, supported, and delighted.

As the face of the studio, you’ll manage bookings, assist photographers, handle inquiries, and keep everything running like clockwork. If you’re confident, organized, and passionate about customer care, this is your chance to grow with a vibrant, expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

📞 Client Interaction & Booking Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
• Manage bookings and scheduling efficiently.
• Handle client questions and concerns with professionalism and care.

🏷️ Studio Operations & Support

• Ensure the studio is prepared and running smoothly each day.
• Process payments and maintain organized records.
• Support photographers during sessions to enhance the client experience.

🧠 Communication & Coordination

• Communicate clearly and confidently in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Use digital tools for chat, project management, and file sharing.
• Maintain fast and accurate typing for chat and admin tasks.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer care and client satisfaction skills.
• Experience in sales, chat communication, or upselling.
• Confident personality with excellent communication abilities.
• Comfortable using digital platforms and tools.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
