TRAZE is a fast-growing digital brand within the MENA region, focusing on financial markets and online trading. As part of its mission to deliver engaging digital experiences and build strong brand presence, TRAZE is expanding its marketing team to lead social media and content efforts across the region.
Role Overview:
As the Content & Social Media Specialist, you will shape the voice of TRAZE MENA across digital platforms. You’ll create localized content in English and Arabic, manage social media growth, optimize web content, and execute influencer campaigns. This role requires strong storytelling, strategic planning, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management

Launch and manage Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok accounts.

Develop and implement a content calendar to boost engagement and follower growth.

Track social metrics and optimize content for performance.
Website & Landing Page Optimization

Update and optimize website content and landing pages.

Ensure SEO alignment and localize for English and Arabic-speaking audiences.
Content Creation & Localization

Create text, visuals, and videos tailored to GCC and MENA markets.

Collaborate with the Creative Manager to maintain branding consistency.
Influencer & Partnership Campaigns

Manage both organic and paid influencer collaborations.

Support Introducing Brokers (IBs) and partners with customized content to drive engagement.
Cross-Team Collaboration

Align content strategies with marketing campaigns and business objectives.

Support internal teams with brand storytelling and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (Forex/Financial industry preferred).
Skills & Competencies:

Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (strong writing and storytelling skills).

Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Proficiency in CMS platforms and SEO best practices.

Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Familiarity with influencer marketing and social media advertising.

Adaptability in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
Preferred:

Experience in Forex or trading industry.

Graphic design and video editing proficiency.
