We’re redefining pet care with heart, innovation, and bold creativity—and now we’re looking for a talented Content Creator + Social Media Manager to join our team full-time, on-site in Dubai.

This role blends photography, videography, editing, and social media strategy, with a special focus on capturing daily pet interactions. You’ll be the creative force behind our digital presence, shaping the voice of multiple brands and helping us grow across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

📸 Photo & Video Production

• Plan and execute shoots with the on-ground team.
• Capture daily pet interactions (playtime, grooming, training, transport).
• Edit and format content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, and YouTube Shorts.
• Ensure visuals reflect the brand’s energy, personality, and care.

✍️ Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Write engaging captions, hooks, and post copy aligned with brand tone.
• Publish content consistently across platforms.
• Stay on top of trends and viral formats that resonate with our audience.

🗂️ Content Organization

• Maintain a digital asset library categorized by dog name, activity, and content type.
• Ensure high-quality visuals are archived for daily use and future campaigns.
• Coordinate with customer support to share content with pet owners.

📅 Planning & Strategy

• Contribute to monthly content calendars and campaign ideas.
• Align content with business priorities (promotions, events, holidays).
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams.

📊 Performance & Optimization

• Track content performance using platform insights.
• Recommend adjustments and test new formats to boost engagement.
• Share reports and highlights with leadership regularly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in photography, videography, and social content creation.
• Strong portfolio (especially lifestyle, brand, or animal-related work).
• Proficiency with editing tools (CapCut, Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Skilled in DSLR/mirrorless and mobile content capture.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Reels storytelling.
• Bonus: Experience in pet care or animal-focused content is highly valued.

💰 Compensation Package: AED 6,000–8,000 depending on experience and portfolio
