TASC Outsourcing is seeking a talented Content Creator to join their Dubai team. This full-time, on-site role offers a salary of AED 5,000–6,000 and a 6-day work week. The Content Creator will develop engaging text, visuals, and videos across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

Responsibilities:

• Craft engaging and platform-specific content (text, visuals, videos).

• Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages while maintaining brand voice.

• Monitor social media performance using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, or Sprout Social, and generate reports.

• Run paid ad campaigns and coordinate with external partners.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends and competitor activity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on creative projects and content calendars.

• Apply creative direction and storytelling to enhance brand identity.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and platform best practices.

• Ability to manage multiple platforms, deadlines, and content schedules.

• Excellent communication skills for community management.

• Flair for visual storytelling and creative direction.
