ZSR Real Estate and General Maintenance is looking for a full-time, on-site Content Creator to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This role is perfect for a creative and detail-oriented professional who excels in content development, storytelling, and visual communication within the real estate space.

As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging, visually appealing, and brand-aligned content for digital platforms. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to enhance ZSR’s online presence and attract high-end clientele through compelling property descriptions, social media campaigns, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and edit high-quality content for social media, blogs, and marketing campaigns

• Craft captivating property listings and brochures for luxury real estate offerings

• Create and manage digital content strategies aligned with brand messaging

• Utilize photography, videography, and graphic design to support promotional efforts

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy

• Maintain consistency in brand voice and style across all content

• Track content performance and optimize for audience engagement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content writing, creative writing, and copywriting

• Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools

• Skills in photography, videography, and basic graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)

• Strong editing and proofreading abilities

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a team

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

• Prior experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage
