Shangri-La Dubai is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Commis II to join its dynamic culinary team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day operations of the kitchen

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality food in your designated section

• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness

• Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and operational

• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver outstanding guest experiences

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Certification in Culinary Arts or a related field

• Previous experience working in a luxury hotel environment

• A passion for food, creativity in cooking, and attention to detail

• Good communication skills in English

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
