Shangri-La Dubai is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Commis II to join its dynamic culinary team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day operations of the kitchen

Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality food in your designated section

Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness

Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and operational

Work collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Certification in Culinary Arts or a related field

Previous experience working in a luxury hotel environment

A passion for food, creativity in cooking, and attention to detail

Good communication skills in English

Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
