Job Description:
As a Co-Founder at Takafulik, you will be a strategic leader and entrepreneurial partner in reshaping the global Takaful (Islamic insurance) landscape. You’ll drive business strategy, innovation, and partnerships while ensuring alignment with ethical and Shari’ah principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute long-term business strategy and phased growth model

• Develop partnerships with insurers, Islamic finance bodies, and tech providers

• Lead the integration of AI, blockchain, and analytics into Takafulik’s platform

• Drive market expansion across the GCC, OIC, and global Islamic finance regions

• Build a mission-driven, collaborative leadership culture

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Background in fintech, insurtech, or Islamic finance

• Deep understanding of Shari’ah-compliant financial products

• Entrepreneurial experience with a history of launching or scaling ventures

• Familiarity with advanced technology: AI, blockchain, analytics
