Job Summary:

As Co-Founder and Operations & Expansion Lead, you will be a key member of the leadership team responsible for systemizing operations, managing logistics, expanding the business regionally, and spearheading the launch of the UAE office. This is an equity-based role ideal for entrepreneurial candidates excited about startup growth and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead operational processes across e-commerce and travel platforms

• Manage and grow regional expansion efforts (UAE, Oman, Morocco, and others)

• Build and maintain partnerships with suppliers, logistics/shipping companies, and tourism vendors

• Lead the setup of UAE office including licensing, team recruitment, and infrastructure

• Support fundraising and investor relations as required

• Collaborate on product strategy, fulfillment, and customer experience improvements

• Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in e-commerce, operations, supply chain management, or travel industry

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building startups from the ground up

• Proven ability to scale B2C operations in regional markets

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills

• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment

• Fluency in English and/or Arabic

• Bonus: Previous experience launching a business or working in GCC startup ecosystems
