Siemens Energy is seeking a full-time Client Manager to act as the primary liaison between the company’s innovative service solutions and its clients in the UAE. This role involves developing strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, implementing sales strategies, and enhancing customer satisfaction in the Gas Turbines and Generators market.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Siemens Energy in the Distributed Generation and Oil & Gas market.

• Develop, maintain, and strengthen client relationships to identify business opportunities.

• Gather and communicate market intelligence across customer organizations.

• Implement effective sales strategies and achieve defined sales targets.

• Analyze supply scope and customer contracts, perform risk assessments, and prepare negotiation recommendations.

• Manage coordination between clients, Siemens Energy factories, project management, logistics, and supply chain teams.

• Accurately forecast sales opportunities and revenues using CRM tools (Salesforce.com).

• Support digital solutions for rotating equipment.

• Mobilize field service engineers for ad-hoc or emergency site work.

• Ensure compliance with Siemens Energy’s business conduct and guidelines.

• Contribute to the development of in-country personnel.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent technical studies.

• Preferable experience in servicing rotating equipment (gas turbines), ideally in oil and gas.

• Strong written and oral communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Commercially savvy with excellent planning and interpersonal skills.

• Proven experience in direct customer interaction.

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and cultural backgrounds.

• Confident, flexible, and proactive in approach.
