The company is transforming access to medical services with advanced digital tools and AI-driven solutions. They are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive financial strategy, oversee compliance, and support global expansion. This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the financial future of a high-growth, VC-backed healthcare technology company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and performance management aligned with company growth goals.

• Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and financial reporting across multiple entities.

• Ensure compliance with Qatari and international tax, finance, and reporting regulations.

• Manage capital structure, working capital, treasury, and cash flow.

• Drive scenario modeling and forecasting to support executive decision-making.

• Lead fundraising, M&A, valuation analysis, and investor relations.

• Partner with leadership to scale the business globally while maintaining financial discipline.

• Establish internal financial controls, reporting frameworks, and risk management processes.

• Champion digital transformation in finance (ERP systems, automation, and analytics).

• Represent the company with investors, banks, and global financial partners.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CPA, CA, or ACCA preferred; MBA is a plus).

• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership, with senior roles in tech, healthcare, or VC-backed companies.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and international financial regulations.

• Proven experience in venture fundraising, financial planning, and cap table management.

• Prior GCC/Qatar experience highly preferred.

• Leadership experience in global, multi-entity business operations.

• Strong strategic thinking, execution skills, and ability to influence stakeholders.

• Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or digital health business models is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel and relocate as required to support international operations.
