JAAB GROUP is seeking a skilled CCTV & Biometric Technician to join their Dubai team. This full-time, on-site role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing CCTV systems and biometric devices while providing technical support and client training.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV and biometric systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

• Ensure proper system functionality and performance.

• Provide training and support to clients on system usage.

• Work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently.

• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements / Skills:

• Proficiency in biometrics and related technologies.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Experience or certification in CCTV and biometric systems.

• Basic knowledge of wellness coaching and blood pressure monitoring is a plus.

• Strong customer service and training abilities.
