ManpowerGroup Middle East is seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join their client’s customer support team in Dubai. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in fast-paced environments and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries.

  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems.

  • Address product/service questions and guide customers through processes.

  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments.

  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and case resolution.

  • Achieve individual and team KPIs like response time, resolution time, and satisfaction scores.


Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Comfortable using CRM software and multitasking tools.

  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Patience, empathy, and ability to work under pressure.

  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays if needed.
