AMER SMART LOUNGE, a trusted provider of visa processing and government service solutions, is seeking a Business Setup Advisor to join their growing team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for candidates who are experienced in UAE corporate services and passionate about guiding entrepreneurs through the business setup process.

As a Business Setup Advisor, you will work closely with clients to advise on optimal business structures, manage documentation and regulatory requirements, and ensure a smooth, compliant setup process across mainland, free zone, or offshore jurisdictions. You will also be responsible for handling client queries, maintaining accurate records, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on jurisdiction options (mainland, free zone, offshore) and appropriate legal structures.

• Assist in the preparation and submission of license applications, visa paperwork, and relevant documentation.

• Coordinate with UAE government departments including DED, MOHRE, Immigration, and Free Zone authorities.

• Guide clients through trade license issuance, renewals, and modifications.

• Stay updated with the latest regulations in business setup, visas, and compliance.

• Respond to client inquiries with tailored solutions aligned to their business needs.

• Follow up on leads, schedule consultations, and convert prospects into clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams (PROs, legal, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Draft and share accurate quotations, service agreements, and proposals.

• Maintain a well-organized CRM with detailed client records and follow-ups.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in business setup, corporate services, or consulting (UAE experience preferred).

• Strong understanding of UAE company formation laws, labor regulations, and visa procedures.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines while maintaining service quality.

• Goal-oriented with strong sales, negotiation, and client engagement abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
