Position: Business Development Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: Up to AED 20,000/month all-inclusive plus commissions (based on experience and qualifications)

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with management to achieve sales targets in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities by identifying and cultivating leads and contacts.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Collaborate with the management team to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.

• Provide excellent client service and follow up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

• Open to Asian nationals, aged 50 years or below.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field.

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the insurance industry.

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

• Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.

Compensation:

• Up to AED 20,000/month inclusive of fixed allowances plus commission incentives.
