Element Materials Technology is seeking a Business Development Associate to join their team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with a background in business development or sales, especially within technical or engineering domains. The successful candidate will manage existing accounts, develop new business, and serve as a key liaison between clients and the company’s service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts

• Identify customer service needs and liaise between clients and internal teams

• Qualify new business opportunities and manage a portfolio of 200+ growth and retention clients

• Actively pursue leads and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals

• Maintain accurate and updated CRM records, quotes, and follow-ups

• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and internal reviews

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Element’s services, testing specifications, and technical solutions

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy (preferred)

• Ability to read technical documentation such as quotes, contracts, and specifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally (some overnight travel required)

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management abilities

• Ability to interpret complex data and customer needs to develop actionable solutions

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, on-site role in Dubai, UAE

• 70% of time expected to be customer-facing (field-based activities)
