We are hiring an experienced Beauty Salon Manager to take charge of a high-profile salon in Dubai. This leadership role involves supervising salon operations, staff management, budgeting, and delivering a seamless luxury experience for every client. The ideal candidate should be a seasoned professional with hands-on experience in the beauty or spa industry, and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the beauty salon to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.

• Manage and motivate salon staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

• Handle scheduling, appointment bookings, and customer service coordination.

• Maintain cleanliness and enforce health and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.

• Monitor stock levels and order salon products and supplies as needed.

• Develop and execute marketing promotions to increase footfall and customer retention.

• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

• Prepare and manage salon budgets and financial performance reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar role within the beauty or wellness industry.

• Strong background in cosmetology, hair care, and customer service.

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

• Effective communicator with a customer-focused attitude.

• Skilled in employee supervision, scheduling, and conflict resolution.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end salon environment.
