Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Associate Director – Treasury to lead and oversee all treasury-related functions within a prominent financial services organization based in Dubai. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of treasury operations, financial risk management, and banking relationships, along with a strong strategic mindset to support executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day treasury operations, ensuring the effective management of the organization’s financial assets and liquidity.

• Develop and implement robust financial strategies, treasury frameworks, and control systems aligned with corporate goals.

• Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and international treasury standards.

• Lead and mentor the treasury team, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking and financial partners, including those involved in escrow services.

• Monitor, analyze, and manage financial risks such as interest rate, liquidity, and foreign exchange exposures.

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and treasury analysis for senior leadership.

• Contribute to executive-level strategic planning and corporate financial decision-making.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CTP) are a plus.

• Proven experience in treasury management, including escrow account operations and managing banking relationships.

• Strong expertise in financial risk management, treasury systems, and market instruments.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence strategic financial planning.
