Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to oversee and grow our aftersales operations, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and adherence to corporate and OEM standards. You will be responsible for managing service operations, parts performance, and team development in alignment with strategic business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve branch targets for service labor and parts revenue in both Retail and Fleet segments

• Maximize service conversion using benchmarking and e-estimate tools

• Promote value-added services and upsell contracts and accessories

• Optimize resource utilization and reduce production costs

• Monitor and control workshop expenses and improve gross and net profit margins

• Liaise with parts and procurement teams to ensure part availability and reduce vehicle TAT

• Use Business Intelligence tools to track KPIs and performance vs. budget

• Define and monitor staff KPIs, align with departmental goals, and drive performance

• Enhance customer experience and 5-star hospitality through facility and service quality

• Drive digital transformation and maximize ROI through technology

• Develop and maintain relationships with fleet customers and key accounts

• Analyze daily/monthly service inflow, upsell performance, and ensure target achievement

• Resolve customer concerns sustainably and ensure early issue detection and resolution

• Ensure compliance with OEM standards and internal audit requirements

• Lead and motivate the aftersales team, define roles, conduct appraisals, and succession planning

• Foster innovation and continuous improvement using analytics and data tools

• Maintain high team morale and uphold AW Rostamani’s core values

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Postgraduate/MBA preferred)

• 5–7 years in the automotive industry, including at least 3 years in a similar leadership role

• Strong knowledge of Gulf market dynamics and competition preferred

• High-level planning, analytical, leadership, and people management skills
