Arabian Wanderers is expanding and on the lookout for a passionate Adventure Leader to guide camping, hiking, and outdoor trips across the UAE. This role is perfect for outdoor lovers who are available on weekends and holidays and enjoy leading groups in nature-rich adventures.

Job Description:
As an Adventure Leader, you will organize and lead guided nature-based trips including hiking, camping, and off-the-grid excursions across the UAE. You’ll be at the heart of connecting people with nature while managing logistics, safety, and guest experience on each adventure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead small group adventure trips across the UAE (primarily weekends/holidays).

• Ensure safety, enjoyment, and active participation throughout each journey.

• Engage participants with informative and friendly communication.

• Handle unexpected situations with confidence and professionalism.

• Uphold and promote values of inclusion, cultural respect, and environmental care.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Passionate about hiking, camping, and outdoor experiences.

• Previous experience in adventure guiding or team leading.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Based in Dubai with valid UAE residency.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Zoom.

• Must be available on weekends and holidays.

Preferred but Not Mandatory:

• UAE driving license

• Spoken Arabic

• Wilderness first aid/safety certification
