Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to maintain efficient office workflows

Organize and manage documents, files, and correspondence

Handle incoming calls, emails, and route inquiries appropriately

Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and prepare agendas

Maintain and order office supplies as needed

Assist with data entry, reports, and maintaining records

Welcome visitors and manage front desk duties when required

Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field

Prior experience in administrative or clerical support

Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
