Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices ensuring timely and accurate payments.

• Maintain accurate financial records and handle sensitive data confidentially.

• Liaise with internal departments to resolve invoice or payment queries.

• Assist in financial reporting and month-end closing activities.

• Ensure compliance with company finance procedures and controls.

• Support cost-control initiatives and suggest process improvements.

• Collaborate effectively across teams to support the finance department.

Requirements

• UAE National (Emirati) with a passion for growth in finance.

• Highly organized, structured, and deadline-driven.

• Proactive, dependable, and accountable.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

• Strong team player with clear communication skills.

• Willingness to contribute ideas for process improvement.

• Immediate availability preferred (short or no notice period).

Salary & Benefits

• AED 20,000 – 25,000 per month.
