About the Role:

Elevare Management Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled 3D Architectural Visualizer to spearhead the creation of photorealistic and interactive 3D visualizations for major real estate and property development projects. You will play a pivotal role in delivering immersive, data-driven walkthroughs and visual content that drive sales and marketing efforts across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transform architectural drawings and technical data into detailed, interactive 3D building models.

• Design and develop multi-layered walkthroughs integrating features such as floorplans, furniture layouts, mezzanine and roof toggles.

• Render high-quality photorealistic interior and exterior scenes optimized for web and mobile platforms.

• Overlay real-time sales and availability data (e.g., sold vs available units) within models.

• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and marketing teams to ensure design and brand alignment.

• Maintain consistent visual standards aligned with project goals and marketing strategies.

Core Deliverables:

• Interactive 3D models with layered toggles (roof, floors, furnishings).

• Web-hosted, real-time site walkthroughs accessible via browsers and mobile devices.

• Annotated units with spatial measurements and sales status.

• High-resolution architectural renders for digital campaigns and presentations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural or real estate 3D visualization.

• Expertise in 3D modelling software such as 3DS Max, SketchUp, Blender, Unreal Engine, ArchiViz.

• Proficient with rendering engines like V-Ray or Corona Renderer.

• Skilled in creating real-time models using Unreal Engine or Unity.

• Experience with WebGL, HTML5 viewers, or similar technologies for interactive web hosting.

• Strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic renders and interactive walkthroughs.

• Ability to interpret architectural floorplans into engaging visual experiences.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

• Experience with CMS integration for 3D hosting platforms.

• Familiarity with Matterport, Three.js, or custom web 3D viewers.

• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) for marketing support.

• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web deployment.
