SEE Institute is seeking a professional, organized, and welcoming Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role is ideal for a UAE National with a passion for providing exceptional front desk service while embodying the organization’s values of sustainability and community. The Receptionist will manage daily front office operations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly, professional manner

Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with timely and accurate responses

Maintain an organized and presentable reception area aligned with SEE Institute’s image

Schedule and oversee meeting room bookings

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Assist in coordinating events and guest arrangements for SEE Institute activities

Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management

Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth daily operations
Skills & Qualifications:

UAE National with a valid UAE Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid)
-
High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications preferred)

Prior experience in reception, front office, or customer service is an advantage

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment

Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English

Professional appearance, punctuality, and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and within a team environment
