We are currently seeking a highly skilled Delta One Trader to join a globally recognized multi-strategy fund’s systematic business team based in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in trade execution and strategy enhancement within a dynamic and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of futures and options trades across global markets with precision and efficiency.

• Source and negotiate block liquidity through RFQs and broker relationships to optimize trade execution.

• Maintain strong communication channels with sell-side brokers, providing market insights and summarizing trade axes.

• Monitor and analyze funding spreads, implied dividends, and structural pricing factors impacting trades.

• Collaborate closely with researchers and developers to improve trade analytics and execution tools.

• Expand the tradable universe, focusing on off-the-run or non-listed exposures.

• Contribute to alpha retention by reducing trade slippage, improving hit ratios, and identifying execution alpha opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in futures/options execution or delta one trading.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a STEM discipline.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple brokers, global time zones, and trading flows effectively.

• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or Bloomberg API is a plus but not mandatory.

• Sharp market intuition coupled with high attention to operational detail.
