Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join its Dubai office. This role is central to the success of AECOM’s people strategy. The successful candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and develop sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent—particularly in engineering and technical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles in engineering and technical sectors

• Advise hiring managers with market insights and recruitment strategies

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events, and internal talent pools

• Maintain a strong candidate experience through timely communication and feedback

• Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to drive improvements

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards

• Support onboarding and mobilization of new hires in collaboration with HR and line managers

• Participate in talent marketing and internal mobility programs as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Minimum 5 years’ full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in engineering or technical industries

• Proven track record of sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets

• Strong command of recruitment tools including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills

• Analytical mindset with ability to use data in decision-making

• Understanding of technical job roles in engineering is an advantage
