Job Description:

We are seeking a talented 3D Graphic Designer to join our young and dynamic team in Dubai. This role focuses on delivering high-quality public realm design visuals and creative landscape presentations using advanced 3D and 2D graphic software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and design high-quality landscape renders in 2D and 3D

• Develop master plans and landscape layouts to visually represent design concepts

• Create graphical sections to illustrate design elevation at various scales

• Produce photorealistic 3D renders using software such as SketchUp, Lumion, 3D Max, and Rhino

• Develop base sketch files using AutoCAD and Revit

• Create sketch renders to demonstrate space and scale during early concept development

• Prepare graphical presentations for internal and external stakeholder reviews

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture

• Minimum 5 years of continuous experience in Landscape Architecture or related fields

• Professional qualifications and affiliation with recognized landscape/architectural bodies

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Lumion, 3D Max, Rhino, AutoCAD, and Revit

• Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal and external teams

• Ability to multitask and work effectively within team settings and independently

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with vector-based graphic software such as Adobe Illustrator

• Hand sketching skills in plan, section, and 3D

• Willingness to enhance digital landscape presentation techniques
